Privacy Policy
How reformr handles your data and your clients' data.
Last updated 21 August 2026. This is a placeholder policy for the reformr build. reformr is an Australian product that processes client personal data on a studio's behalf. Final wording will be settled with a named privacy owner before launch (see the build brief, open question 6).
What we process
When you connect a booking platform or import a CSV, reformr reads booking, attendance, pack and credit data for your clients so it can score retention risk. We do not read payment details, and we never write back to your platform.
Whose data it is
Your client data is yours, held by reformr on your behalf as a processor. We never sell it, and we never use one studio's client data to serve another studio.
Client personal information
reformr processes clients' names and contact details only to surface at-risk clients and, where you enable it, to send win-back outreach on your behalf. You remain the entity your clients have a relationship with.
Leaving
If you close your account you can export your data, and we delete our copy. Outreach on your behalf stops immediately.
