The agreement between your business and reformr.
Last updated 22 August 2026. This is a placeholder policy for the reformr build. reformr is an Australian product that processes member personal data on a fitness business's behalf. Final wording will be settled with a named privacy owner before launch.
The service
reformr is a customer engagement and retention layer that reads your member and attendance data, scores engagement risk, and runs the retention campaigns you enable. It is not a member management or booking platform and does not replace one.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to connect your member data and to contact your members, and for the content and cadence of the campaigns you approve.
Billing
Pricing is agreed per business and depends on member numbers and locations. There is no setup fee. You can change or cancel with notice; cancellation stops future billing and stops campaigns running on your behalf.
Availability
We aim to keep reformr running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this early period.
